We at Knowledge Solutions Group, have found nature as our perennial source of inspiration. Nature is not only the source but also the standards for our working. Our commitment to excellence and our adaptivity to new and changing environments as well as our people management - all have strong organic roots.

A true organization (a business entity) is a product of the people within and is a living organization supported and run by these people. Thus it should embody the spirit of life, the spirit of a living organism. A true business - like a living organism, should posses the faculty of getting itself born into whatever it did, and born again and again, in fresh patterns, as new problems arise. Adaptivity is the fundamental property of an organism, and so it should also be in any true organization. Knowledge Solutions Group, strives to become such an organization where adaptivity is the key to its prosperity.

The horizontal structure with hierarchical independence and lateral operability of our global offices are fundamental to the organic core of the company. Each office in four different countries is independent in its operations and decision making authority but at the same time brings together the local value to form a globally coherent entity with one vision and one culture.

Nature is the model for style. Style is the poetic manifestation of character; and true property of character is individuality. The infinite attention that nature pays to individuality is revealed within a mystery which emanates from a whole, so organic as to have lost all signs of how it was made from parts (individuals). This is the philosophy we follow in Knowledge Solutions Group. There are individuals with various different culture and outlook, but KSG is an organic whole, with one voice and one focus.

Much as Japanese use the tatami mat as a module of the floor plan, we define modules to maintain the strong sense of order and human scale in our implementation plans, our productivity, our targets, and our working environment.

In essence KSG, like Knowledge itself is an organic being, which grows, learns - many a times by making mistakes and adapts according to the business circumstances and business challenges it negotiates as it moves forward.
